Skillfield is seeking a SharePoint Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, operation, security and continuous improvement of the client’s SharePoint Online platform. You’ll guide a multidisciplinary team and partner with architecture, cyber security, records management, Power Platform teams, vendors and business stakeholders to shape strategy and deliver measurable value.

Formación

• Experience in technology operations, engineering or service management in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise SharePoint Online environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Teams and related productivity technologies.
• Experience managing technical teams, budgets and vendors.
• Understanding of records management, information governance and regulatory compliance in large organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of the SharePoint Online platform, ensuring availability, resilience and performance with SLAs.
• Be accountable for the platform’s security posture, including patching, vulnerabilities and audit findings.
• Plan and deliver enhancements, upgrades and transformation initiatives using automation and AI to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with records management to apply consistent classification, retention and disposal processes.
• Manage platform budgeting, forecasting and vendor performance to optimise cost.
• Serve as the client’s technology contact for SharePoint and report health and risk to executives.
• Coach and develop the delivery team to foster accountability and service excellence.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a SharePoint Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, operation, security and continuous improvement of our client’s enterprise SharePoint Online platform. You’ll keep SharePoint a secure, reliable, compliant and cost-effective platform that helps people across the organisation manage information and work together.

You’ll guide and develop a multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with architecture, cyber security, records management, Power Platform teams, vendors and business stakeholders to shape platform strategy, lift operational standards and deliver measurable business value.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the SharePoint Online platform, keeping it available, resilient and performing well, and making sure service levels are met and continuously improved.
• Be accountable for the platform’s security posture, from patching and vulnerability remediation to audit findings, working with cyber security to make sure controls protect information and meet privacy and retention requirements.
• Plan and run delivery of enhancements, upgrades and transformation initiatives, using automation and AI to reduce manual effort and lift service quality.
• Work with records and information management teams to apply consistent classification, retention and disposal processes.
• Manage platform budgeting and forecasting, identify cost optimisation opportunities and work with vendors to improve their performance.
• Be the client’s go‑to technology contact for SharePoint, keeping executives informed on platform health and risk.
• Coach and support your team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration and service excellence.

What you’ll bring

• Substantial experience in technology operations, engineering or service management in enterprise environments

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Teams and related productivity technologies
