The Autism Association of WA (Inc) is hiring Shared Residential Home Coordinators to lead a team of Support Workers across Perth Metro. This permanent full-time role focuses on frontline leadership, coaching in shared living homes, and maintaining high care standards for people with autism.

You will collaborate with families, therapists, medical professionals and other stakeholders to support individuals’ goals.

Formación

• Experience leading teams and managing people in community services settings.
• Extensive practical experience in community services and client-centred service delivery.
• Proficient in communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience engaging with families, therapists, medical professionals and other stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience implementing personalised support plans for individuals with disabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Support Workers in shared-living homes.
• Provide frontline leadership with coaching and presence in homes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and client care standards.
• Engage with families, therapists, medical professionals and community stakeholders.
• Ensure high standard of care for people supported by Autism Association of WA.
