Job summary

The Autism Association of WA is looking for a permanent full-time Coordinator in Shenton Park WA. This role involves managing shared living homes and leading a dedicated team of Support Workers to ensure the highest standard of care for individuals with Autism.

Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience in Human Services with proven effective service delivery.
• Experience in leading teams and managing client care standards.
• Prior hands-on experience in implementing personalized support plans.
