Qualifications

• Trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to case management.
• Knowledge of Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) principles.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management to SEWB clients, including advocacy and outreach.
• Deliver individualized support and life skills training.
• Coordinate access to Congress services and interagency meetings.
• Support clients with co-occurring health and social needs in a trauma-informed way.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and cultural safety within Aboriginal communities.
