We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sessional Trainerwith a background in Alcohol and Other Drugs, community or mental health services to inspire and upskill the next generation of care professionals.
As a trainer, you'll bring your real-world experience into the classroom, helping learners build confidence, capability, and a genuine connection to the work they do.

Accredited qualifications and skill sets in Alcohol and Other Drugs.
Delivery may include face-to-face, online, workplace and blended learning.

As a Sessional Trainer, you will:
Facilitate engaging training across face-to-face and online environments
Support learners from diverse backgrounds, including new entrants and experienced support workers
Bring industry insights into your sessions to create practical, job-ready learning
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training quality and learner experience
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) - essential
Relevant qualification in your area of expertise (community services, mental health, alcohol and other drugs)
Strong, current experience intherelevantsector
Confident facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
Experience delivering training both in-person and online
(You’ll also need anNDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry,we’llhelp guide you throughthis.)
