• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential.
• Relevant qualification in individual support or disability is required.
• Strong, current experience in the disability sector is essential.
• Confident facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Experience delivering training both in-person and online.

Hey you!

We are looking for passionate and experienced Sessional Trainers with a background in disability services to inspire and upskill the next generation of care professionals.

As a trainer, you’ll bring your real-world experience into the classroom, helping learners build confidence, capability, and a genuine connection to the work they do.

You’ll join Activ Pathways, one of genU’s two Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). While genU Training and Activ Pathways operate separately, both share a common goal: empowering people through learning and skills development.

Current training opportunities are available in:

• Albany
• Merredin
• Surrounding regional communities

As our delivery footprint grows, opportunities may expand into additional locations across WA.

What you’ll do

As a Sessional Trainer, you will empower learners to expand their skills and knowledge in thedisabilitysector. In this role, you will:

• Deliver CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
• Facilitate engaging training across face-to-face and online environments
• Support learners from diverse backgrounds, including new entrants and experienced support workers
• Bring industry insights into your sessions to create practical, job-ready learning
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training quality and learner experience

What you’ll bring

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) - essential
• Relevant qualification in individual support or disability
• Strong, current experience in the disability sector
• Confident facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Experience delivering training both in-person and online

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
