Job summary

Bluestonerecruitment is seeking an experienced Services Engineer to join a Tier 2 builder on a $400M data centre project in Western Sydney. You will coordinate services trades, sub-contractors, and shop drawings while working with design and delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery.

The ideal candidate has trade or tertiary qualification, with experience in project coordination within medium to large commercial builds.

Qualifications

• Experience with medium-large scale commercial builders in a Project Coordinator or Services Coordinator role is preferred.
• Consultancies or sub-contractors background will be considered.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services trades from start to finish on a data centre project.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and shop drawing process.
• Demonstrate expertise across Mechanical and Electrical services.

Job description

Highly respected and well-known Tier 2 Builder are looking for an experienced Services Engineer to join the team. Known as a builder of choice in NSW they have an excellent reputation delivering projects up to $500M across the commercial, data centre, student accommodation and government projects.

They are currently looking for someone for a $400 mil data centre project located in Western Sydney.

About the role:

• Key member of a team delivering a data centre project
• Involved in the coordination of the services trades right through to completion.
• Coordinate Sub-contractors and Shop drawing process
• Display expertise in all services, including Mechanical and Electrical
• Work closely with design and delivery team

Your Background

Our client is looking for someone with a trade or tertiary qualification.

Experience with medium - large scale commercial builders in a Project Coordinator or Services Coordinator role will be looked upon favorably. Those working for consultancies or sub-contractors will also be considered.

They need someone who communicates really well and can deal with difficult stakeholders. They look for people with positive attitudes and natural problem solvers.
