Job summary

Bluestonerecruitment is seeking an experienced Services Engineer to join a Tier 2 Builder working on a $400M data centre project in Western Sydney. You will coordinate the services trades and manage shop drawings to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a trade or tertiary qualification and have prior experience with medium to large commercial builders in a project or services coordinator role. Consultancy or sub-contractor backgrounds are welcome, and the role offers an up to $185k

Qualifications

• Trade or tertiary qualification is required.
• Experience as Project Coordinator or Services Coordinator in medium to large commercial builders preferred.
• Consultancies or sub-contractors backgrounds considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services trades from start to completion.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and shop drawing process.
• Demonstrate expertise in mechanical and electrical services.
• Work closely with design and delivery team.
