Job summary

The HR Ally is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect in NSW to lead enterprise-level design and implementation. You will drive ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD solutions, shaping architecture, configurations, and integrations across the platform.

You will guide technical teams, enforce best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex platform issues. A strong hands-on background and leadership are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Solution Architect.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
• Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
• Good understanding of CMDB, workflows, automation, and platform customisation.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• CIS certifications in ITOM, ITAM, and/or HRSD.
• CTA / CMA certifications are highly desirable.
