AC3, an Australian-owned ICT managed service provider, is seeking a ServiceNow Specialist to join the Modern Run team. Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you will build, test and maintain ServiceNow solutions and act as the technical extension of our customers’ teams.

With 2–3+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience, strong JavaScript, and proven ability to handle incidents and backlog items, you’ll drive improvements while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Strong JavaScript skills with multiple integrations.
• Experience in MSP environments and multi-project deadlines.
• Ability to work with customers and handle requests and incidents.

Responsabilités

• Build, test and maintain ServiceNow solutions for customers.
• Act as technical escalation and guidance for complex incidents.
• Collaborate with customer teams on backlog, incidents and enhancements.
