ServiceNow Platform Engineer — Automation & Integrations

Job summary

Insignia Financial is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to design, build and support scalable ServiceNow solutions that improve service delivery and automate business processes within our Infrastructure, Cloud & Workplace team.

This is a hands‑on engineering role where you will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and technology teams to deliver secure, reliable and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in a mid-to-large enterprise.
• Hands-on development across ITSM and modules such as GRC, ITAM, BCM, SecOps, EA or SPM.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; additional certifications highly regarded.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, including Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience designing workflows, business rules, forms, catalog items and automation.
• Knowledge of API integrations and web technologies (REST/SOAP, HTML, CSS).
• Excellent problem-solving and collaborative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure and document scalable ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions.
• Deliver workflow, service catalogue and automation enhancements.
• Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities: releases, deployments, upgrades, testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure and maintainable solutions.
