Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking two experienced ServiceNow Developers to support opportunities within a secure ICT environment. The roles require hands-on configuration, customization, integration and workflow automation across the ServiceNow platform.

You will develop, configure and enhance workflows, troubleshoot and maintain solutions, and contribute to enterprise integrations. Applicants must have NV2 or TSPV/TSPA clearance and be Australian citizens; visa sponsorship is not available.

ServiceNow Developer – NV2/TSPV Cleared | Secure ICT Environment
We are seeking 2 experienced ServiceNow Developers to support opportunities within a secure ICT environment in Canberra. These roles are ideal for hands‑on developers with strong ServiceNow configuration, customisation, integration and workflow automation experience who can deliver reliable solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Location: Canberra, ACT

Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have an NV2 or TSPV or TSPA clearance to perform this role.
This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements. We are committed to a non-discriminatory hiring process but, unfortunately, cannot provide visa sponsorship for overseas applicants.

Essential Tasks

• Develop, configure and customise ServiceNow solutions to support business requirements
• Build and enhance workflows and automation across the ServiceNow platform

Key Criteria

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow customisation and workflow automation
• Experience developing or supporting ServiceNow integrations
• Existing OSA or willingness and suitability to undertake the assessment
