Job summary

Rest is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure and support the ServiceNow platform. You will partner with platform stakeholders and business users to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, delivering meaningful improvements for members and the business.

Join us as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, where you’ll be responsible for the design, development, configuration, and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform. This role works closely with platform stakeholders, process owners, and business users to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. In this role, you’ll:

• Build and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support key business services.

Must haves:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Servicenow Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC IRM and / or HSRD or SAM/HAM
• Additional certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, CIS ITSM, CIS TPRM, CIS BCM)

Required experience, understanding or credentials including:

• Demonstratedhands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience in configuring ServiceNow modules such as (ITSM, HRSD, BCM, APO, ITOM etc.).
• Knowledge of data modelling, CMDB, and configuration management principles.
