Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow Developer experience in IT environments.
• Strong configuration and scripting skills for ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in ITSM and ITIL processes.
• Clear communication and documentation abilities.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Experience on government or large enterprise projects.
• Exposure to ServiceNow integrations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request.
• Develop workflows, forms, business rules, and UI policies.
• Support REST API integrations as needed.
• Perform unit testing and assist with system testing activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow change management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with government security and governance standards.
