Job summary

CircuIT Recruitment Group is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Consultant for a federal government transformation program. The role emphasizes technical delivery, solution design and stakeholder engagement across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and HRSD.

The successful candidate will configure and develop ServiceNow solutions, translate requirements into designs, and build integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub and Flow Designer. NSW-based with remote options.

Qualifications

• Current Baseline or NV1 Clearance is required.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and consulting experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong JavaScript, solution design and stakeholder engagement skills.

This is a hands‑on consulting role working across ServiceNow and broader platform capabilities, with a strong focus on technical delivery, solution design and stakeholder engagement.
