Job summary

RTM Group is seeking a Service Technician to service security and nurse call systems on-site across NSW. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, small installations, and ongoing customer support, with travel to client sites as required.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in security or nurse call, holds a relevant license or eligibility, and demonstrates strong problem-solving and customer-service skills. A company vehicle, uniform, and growth opportunities are provided.

• Victorian security license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting service calls, troubleshooting, and small installations
• Maintaining and supporting nurse call systems, CCTV, access control, or other security solutions
• Working independently on client sites across
• Ensuring service quality meets SLAs and safety compliance
• Collaborating with the tech team and communicating effectively with clients

You’ll Need:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in security, nurse call, access control or related low-voltage systems
• Victorian security license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical confidence
• Professional attitude with great customer service focus
• Ability to travel across metro and regional NSW as required
• A current driver's license
