Job summary

ProFound People is assisting a manufacturer and supplier of premium water systems in Melbourne to recruit a Service Technician II. The role covers installation, servicing, maintenance and repair across customer sites, with a focus on fault finding and customer service.

You will work autonomously in the field, uphold regulatory compliance, keep accurate records, and manage tools and inventory while maintaining licenses.

Qualifications

• Must hold Certificate III in Plumbing or equivalent.
• Experience in field service, plumbing, installation or maintenance is highly regarded.
• Strong fault finding, troubleshooting and customer service skills, with the ability to work autonomously across customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain water systems and taps.
• Perform fault finding, diagnostics and repairs across customer sites and workshop environments.
• Complete preventative maintenance, filter changes and component replacements.
• Service and repair both company and third-party water systems across commercial, government and residential sites.
