Job summary

ProFound People Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Technician II to install, service and repair premium water systems across customer sites in Melbourne and surrounds. You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance and ensure compliance while delivering professional customer service in the field.

The role requires a Certificate III in Plumbing and a current Plumbing Licence, with clean driving and policing checks.

Qualifications

Certificate III in Plumbing or equivalent recognised plumbing qualification.
Previous experience in field service, plumbing, installation or maintenance is highly regarded.
Strong fault finding, troubleshooting and customer service skills, with the ability to work autonomously across customer sites.
Current Plumbing Licence, issued by the relevant state or territory authority.
Current Motor Vehicle Licence with a clean driving record.
National Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

Install, service and maintain water systems and taps.
Perform fault finding, diagnostics and repairs across customer sites and workshop environments.
Complete preventative maintenance, filter changes and component replacements.
Service and repair both company and third-party water systems across commercial, government and residential sites.
Accurately record faults diagnosed, work completed and parts used in the job management system.
Manage tools, equipment, parts and inventory to support efficient field service operations.
Maintain required plumbing licences, regulatory compliance and site safety requirements while delivering high-quality customer service.
