Job summary

Culligan, a global leader in sustainable water solutions, is seeking a Field Service Technician in Perth. You will perform services, repairs and maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent customer service in the field.

The role includes a company service van + phone, flexible scheduling, and a Friday–Friday work week with no weekend duties, plus staff discounts and an assistance program.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role (water systems, coffee machines, appliances, refrigeration, etc).
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Full Australian driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing water filtration systems (using manuals & tools).
• Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
• Assessing equipment and recommending repairs to customers.
• Coordinating with the Customer Care team to schedule follow-up visits.
• Delivering great customer service while representing the Culligan brand.

What you will be doing

As a Service Technician for Culligan, you will be performing services, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing water filtration systems (using manuals & tools)
• Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
• Assessing equipment and recommending repairs to customers
• Coordinating with the Customer Care team to schedule follow-up visits
• Delivering great customer service while representing the Culligan brand
