Job summary

Ultimate Security Australia is seeking a skilled Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair a range of electronic security systems for commercial, industrial, government and residential clients.

Successful candidate will ensure security systems operate effectively, meet client requirements and deliver exceptional customer service. Visa sponsorship is not available; Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.

Qualifications

• Valid QLD Security Licence is required.
• Open Registration Cabling Licence is required.
• Construction Induction White Card is required.
• Valid Driver's Licence is required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a service technician in security.
• Proficiency with major alarm panels (Concept, Tecom, Integriti, Hills Reliance, Bosch).
• Experience with CCTV analogue/IP systems, IP Video, and Intercoms.

Responsibilities

• Install and service alarm/security, CCTV, Intercom, Access control, and integrated systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on alarm and CCTV systems.
• Collaborate with customers on technical/service matters.
• Respond promptly to service calls with the team.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Work independently with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in some or all of the following: Concept, Tecom, Integriti, Hills Reliance, and Bosch alarm Panels

Proficiency with various CCTV analogue and IP systems

Experience with IP Video and Intercom systems

Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

Installation and servicing of a wide range of alarm/security systems, CCTV systems, Intercom Systems, Access control, and integrated systems.

Providing preventative maintenance for both alarm and CCTV systems.

Collaborating with key customers on technical and service-related matters.

Working closely with the team to promptly respond to service call outs as needed.

Delivering exceptional customer service to clients consistently.

Demonstrating the ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
