Job summary

Digga Australia Pty. Ltd. on the Gold Coast invites an experienced Trades Assistant to join our service department in Yatala.

This hands-on role supports service and repair of loaders and machinery attachments, and helps in fault detection, diagnosis and troubleshooting. You will assist with routine repairs, maintenance, oil changes, tests; hydraulic and small engines knowledge is highly desirable; requires forklift and manual driver’s licences; strong communication and reliability expected;

Qualifications

• Assist in routine repairs, maintenance and service work.
• Assist with detection, diagnosis and troubleshooting of faults.
• Background in hydraulics and small engines highly desirable.
• Current forklift licence and manual driver’s licence required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine repairs, maintenance, and service work.
• Assist in the detection, diagnosis and troubleshooting of faults.
• Assist with maintenance services such as oil changes, flow and pressure tests.
• Reassemble, test, clean and adjust repaired parts/assembly.
