Job summary

Tabcorp Holdings Limited's MAX team, based onsite at Crown Casino, is seeking an enthusiastic technician to join the Technical Services Team. You’ll provide on-site remedial and preventative services on a range of electro-mechanical devices and build strong customer relationships.

No prior wagering equipment experience is required; we’ll train you. You’ll work a rotating roster including weekends and evenings, with tools, a laptop, and wellbeing programs provided.

Qualifications

• An interest in electronics with some prior experience servicing electronic equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Integrity, respect, and a can-do attitude
• Willingness to obtain and maintain applicable licences
• Ability to work on a rotating roster including weekends and evenings

What you’ll do

Are you looking to combine your interest in electronics and ability to problem solve? We’re on the lookout for an eager, positive, self-starter to join our Technical Services Team, based onsite at Crown Casino.

As a valued member of the team, you will provide on-site remedial and preventative services on a wide range of electro-mechanical devices, ensuring excellent service delivery and building positive customer relationships.

• Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.

What you’ll bring

You don’t need previous experience with wagering and gaming equipment to excel in this in this role. Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need. What matters most is your motivation to learn and a few key qualities:
