Job summary

Bell-Air Conditioning Pty Ltd in Canberra, ACT, is seeking a Service Refrigeration/Aircon Technician to deliver maintenance and repair services across commercial and residential HVAC systems. This full-time role is based in Canberra and offers a competitive package, company vehicle, and uniform.

About the role

As a Service Refrigeration/Aircon Technician at Bell-Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This full-time role is based in Canberra, ACT.

What you'll be doing

• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and associated components
• Maintain detailed records of all service and repair work utilising ServiceM8.
• Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients to address their needs
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Proven experience as a refrigeration/air conditioning technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly diagnose and repair issues
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• A valid driver's licence is essential
• Commitment to working safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations
