Job summary

Epiroc Australia is seeking a Planner (Service Optimisation - West) based in Perth to own a dynamic scope across Kalgoorlie, Newman & Perth. The role coordinates multiple stakeholders to deliver maintenance schedules and major/minor jobs with data-driven planning.

The successful candidate will have OEM planning and scheduling experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, MS Project, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Planning, Supervisory and Warranty experience in an OEM environment.
• Demonstrated experience in scheduling, resources planning, project management.
• Strong problem solving and, analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Be a self-starter witha high standard of organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Be willing to travelperiodically as required to support multiple operations

Responsibilities

• Planning, preparation and implementation of maintenance schedules
• Scoping, forecasting, planning and tracking implementedmajor and minor jobs, including database management
• Working with the components and SX teams on component and SX maintenance
• Communicating with suppliers and supply chain for material availability
• Focus on various continuous improvement andoptimisation initiatives and tasks
