Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a service management or estimating role in HVAC/R.
• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with customers and leading a team.
• Proficient in scheduling and job management software and MS Office.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the service team to ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard and within agreed timeframes
• Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of technicians to service, maintain, and install air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Monitor job progress and adjust the schedule to meet customer expectations
• Provide quotes and estimates for residential and commercial projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiency strategies
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the service team, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety and environmental regulations
