Commercial Pest & Hygiene Services (CPS) is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Brisbane + NNSW service team of seven technicians. You will be responsible for service quality, team performance and customer satisfaction across commercial accounts.

This hands-on leadership role requires knowledge of pest control and the ability to develop and motivate a field team while delivering on promises to clients. Join a growing national business with strong compliance and client focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a team of pest and hygiene technicians.
• Ensure services are delivered on time and to contract standards.
• Collaborate with scheduling to manage workloads and routes.
• Build relationships with key customers and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain service records and reporting, including audits.
• Conduct field audits and quality checks with the team.
• Promote safe work practices and WHS compliance.
• Recruit, onboard and train new technicians.
• Support sales by visiting clients and identifying additional services.

Commercial Pest & Hygiene Services (CPS) is a national pest control and hygiene services provider working with leading facility managers, property groups, food businesses and government clients. We've built our reputation on reliable service, strong compliance and long-term customer relationships, and we're growing.

The role

We're looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Brisbane + NNSW service team of Seven technicians. Reporting to our National Service Manager, you'll be responsible for service quality, team performance and customer satisfaction across a portfolio of commercial accounts.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows pest control, knows how to get the best out of a field team, and takes pride in delivering what we promise to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Culture-driven Leadership, coaching and developing your team of pest and hygiene technicians
• Ensuring services are delivered on time, to standard and in line with contract requirements
• Working with our scheduling team to manage workloads, routes and productivity
• Building strong relationships with key customer contacts and resolving issues quickly
• Supporting customers through site audits and maintaining accurate service records and reporting
• Conducting quality checks and field audits with your team
• Driving safe work practices and WHS compliance
• Recruiting, onboarding and training new technicians
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and working with our sales team, including visiting clients and potential clients

What you'll bring

• Strong pest control experience, ideally in commercial environments
• Proven experience leading or supervising a field-based team
• A current QLD pest management licence with sensitive and high risk authorisation desirable
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sound understanding of compliance, documentation and audit requirements
• Good organisational skills and comfort using technology (experience with scheduling or pest management software is a plus)
