Commercial Pest & Hygiene Services (CPS) is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Brisbane + NNSW service team of seven technicians. You will be responsible for service quality, team performance and customer satisfaction across commercial accounts.

This hands-on leadership role requires knowledge of pest control and the ability to develop and motivate a field team while delivering on promises to clients. Join a growing national business with strong compliance and client focus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a field-based team.
• Strong pest control experience in commercial environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of compliance, documentation and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of pest and hygiene technicians.
• Ensure services are delivered on time and to contract standards.
• Collaborate with scheduling to manage workloads and routes.
• Build relationships with key customers and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain service records and reporting, including audits.
• Conduct field audits and quality checks with the team.
• Promote safe work practices and WHS compliance.
• Recruit, onboard and train new technicians.
• Support sales by visiting clients and identifying additional services.
