Job summary

Blue Marble Health Services, a Queensland based disability and community support organisation, seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead Supported Independent Living, accommodation and complex needs support. You will oversee a small Case Worker team and collaborate with administration to keep residential services safe and efficient day and night.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supported Independent Living or accommodation models.
• Proven leadership of a small team.
• Person-centred, strengths-based recovery-focused approach.
• Solid knowledge of NDIS systems, practices, and standards.
• Excellent communication and decision-making under pressure.
• Current Australian C class licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening with Blue Card, or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Case Workers delivering day-to-day support.
• Hold on-call roster, act as first responder for incidents and gaps.
• Oversee service delivery with consistent high-quality support.
• Coordinate rostering with administration in line with SCHADS.
• Lead quality assurance and risk management for residential services.
• Build relationships with participants, families and stakeholders.
• Manage incident reporting, documentation and escalations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day supervision.
