Job summary

LivEasy Care Disability Services is seeking a Service Manager to oversee operations in the Perth Inner South region. Responsible for day-to-day management, planning with residents, and ensuring high-quality care aligned with individual goals.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and mentor workers while maintaining strong engagement with residents and families to deliver a superior experience. A background in disability or aged care and NDIS standards knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in disability or aged care (5+ staff).
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.
• Certificate III/IV in Disability Services or equivalent.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency; NDIS Screening Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate annual person-centred planning meetings and develop plans.
• Oversee resident funding tracking and P&L for each home.
• Mentor and supervise Support Workers and rostering.
• Engage with residents and families to foster participation.
• Ensure timely outcome reports and reporting.
• Monitor health and wellbeing of participants and staff.
