Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a Regional Manager to hold full operational accountability for performance, delivery and profitability of employment services contracts across the region. You will lead a team of Service Managers across multiple sites, driving outcomes and strengthening relationships with employers, Services Australia and community partners.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, financial acumen and stakeholder management to ensure contractual compliance and service

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and/or multiple sites within employment services or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of contractual and compliance-based service delivery environments.
• Sound financial and commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated capability in leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and decision-making abilities.
• A current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Service Managers to achieve strong performance and engagement.
• Lead the delivery, performance and compliance of Workforce Australia contracts across the region.
• Ensure all contractual, compliance, quality and financial obligations are met or exceeded.
• Drive placement, outcome and market share performance across all Employment Service Areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Services Australia, employers and community partners.
• Provide clear operational leadership, performance management and governance oversight.
• Contribute to financial forecasting, reporting and risk management.
• Represent atWork Australia at regional forums, committees and community events.
• Champion continuous improvement, service excellence and values-led leadership.
