Linktal Recruitment is interviewing for a Service Manager role with a leading renewable energy product manufacturer in the Sydney area. The successful candidate will oversee fault finding, maintenance, warranty, spare parts inventory and service coordination across Australia, blending hands-on and strategic responsibilities.

Ideal applicants hold a Trade Qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer background and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Trade Qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer background.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Not only technically savvy, but a strong communicator with a drive to continue to develop the career into a Service Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day hands on service function including both fault finding and maintenance.
• Manage warranty, spare parts, installation and preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain a nationwide network of qualified subcontractors in their field services request.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Sales to improve product quality and customer experience.
