Job summary

National Pharmacies is seeking a passionate Service/Retail Manager to lead our Blackwood Pharmacy team and bring our Caring for People, Enabling Health and Inspiring Wellness mission to life daily.

Your mission is to lead a team of dedicated OTC consultants to deliver consistently outstanding service and advice on health and beauty. You will manage the roster, support and develop your team, and ensure the store is beautifully presented and well-stocked.

• Strong face-to-face retail and people management experience.
• Proven track record delivering outstanding customer service.
• Adaptable leader with a focus on growth in health, wellness and beauty.

• Lead a team of OTC consultants to deliver outstanding service and advice.
• Manage the roster, support and develop your team, and keep the store well-presented and stocked.
• Ensure weekend availability with rotating roster (approx. 38 hours/week).
