You will manage daily operations, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure performance aligned with KPI targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service department experience required.

• Mechanical and product knowledge of automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of staff in the daily management of the Service department.
• Oversee technicians, advisors and support staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and information within KPI’s.
• Hands-on role and work with the team from time to time.
• Ensure workshop operates with approved processes and standards.

About you

Manage a team of staff in the daily management of Service department. This role is all encompassing in all aspects of an automotive vehicle service workshop managing a team of technicians, advisors, and support staff in ensuring customer satisfaction.

In the role you will communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including the manufacturers we represent providing updates and information within pre-determined KPI’s.

Whilst you will be responsible for management of a number of staff to assist with the process this is a hands‑on role and will require you to be working within the team from time to time.

Our workshop is open Monday to Friday only and the role comes with an allocated company vehicle or vehicle allowance and a favorable remuneration package to match the role.

As this is a fast-paced workshop applicants need to have previous automotive service department experience.
