Job summary

RDO Equipment is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Mackay workshop, ensuring top-tier service delivery and efficient operation. You will drive KPI performance and manage a skilled service team in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor staff, optimize maintenance programs and foster safety, quality, and continuous improvement across the region. A strong focus on customer relationships and budget management is essential.

Qualifications

• Has extensive experience in a management position within a heavymachinery workshop environment.
• Demonstrates strong leadership capability and a passion fordeveloping people.
• Has proven experience building positive relationships withcustomers, colleagues and management.
• Possesses strong communication and motivational skills.
• Has experience managing budgets and financial performance.

• Efficiently manage and direct all aspects of workshop operations.
• Ensure the highest level of service is provided to our customerbase.
• Deliver key performance indicators including productivity,efficiency, rework, WIP and billing cycle performance.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of workshop employees.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to the service team.
• Continuously develop and implement strategies to improvemaintenance and service effectiveness.
• Deliver expert service and support to customers and partners acrossthe region.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation and continuousimprovement.
