Job summary

Hydrochem is seeking an experienced Service Manager for our Brisbane branch (Acacia Ridge) to lead a team of field service technicians. You will oversee day-to-day operations, schedule resources, interface with customers, and drive improvements to meet contractual requirements.

You will mentor and develop the team, foster a safe, compliant work environment, and build strong relationships across levels while ensuring high customer satisfaction and product focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Develop and drive employee performance at a branch level.
• Strong leadership experience and ability to foster a positive team culture.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
• Understanding of Water Treatment services.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our Brisbane branch located at Acacia Ridge, to fulfil the role of Service Manager. This full-time, permanent role involves leading and managing a dynamic team of field service technicians. The primary purpose of this role is to foster and promote a "Yes We Can" attitude, representing Hydrochem positively and professionally. You'll have the autonomy to oversee the day-to-day operations of the field service team, schedule resources, interface with customers, implement strategies for improvement, and work closely with other managers to meet and exceed our contractual requirements.
