Job summary

St John WA is seeking a Service Desk Officer to join the Digital Services team on a permanent, part-time basis (15 hours per week). The role involves providing first-level technical support to internal users, diagnosing software, hardware and network issues, and delivering hands-on assistance at the desktop level.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support via phone, web portal, email and chat.
• Prioritise, record, track and document incidents and service requests.
• Escalate incidents with clear documentation and collaborate with technicians.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning.
• Assist with asset tagging, inventory tracking and equipment management.
• Research solutions using knowledgebases and remote diagnostic tools.
• Contribute to help sheets, FAQs and knowledgebases to improve support.
