Job summary
Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. in Adelaide CBD is seeking an IT Service Desk / Desktop Support Analyst (L1-L2) for a six-month contract.
You will provide frontline technical support to end users in a Microsoft-centric environment, ensuring smooth operation of business systems. Working onsite in Adelaide, you will handle incidents via ServiceNow, support Microsoft 365 and Azure, and escalate complex issues when needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience providing L1/L2 Desktop Support or Service Desk support.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Exposure to Azure and ServiceNow.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Current Australian Baseline Security Clearance.
- Ability to work onsite in Adelaide CBD.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop and service desk support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and user access issues.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
- Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Assist with Azure and identity related support activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Escalate complex issues where appropriate and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
