Job summary

Deployus is seeking an experienced IT support professional to join its expanding team in the Brisbane metro area. The role focuses on supporting a broad range of businesses with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Windows Server administration, delivering high-quality client service.

You will work across the Service Desk, onsite and project teams, interact with clients and management, and benefit from monthly training sessions and up to five paid study days per year for formal certifications.

Qualifications

• Recent experience with Microsoft 365 admin, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
• 3+ years Windows Server administration experience.
• 5+ years desktop support experience.
• Australian work rights required.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications within 6 months.

Responsibilities

An interesting and engaging role is on offer for candidates interested in supporting and improving the information technology for businesses from a broad crossection of industries. This is a crucial client-facing role with responsibility for resolving a wide range of IT issues.

As a part of a larger and expanding Engineering team, you will work closely with many different clients of varying sizes and technological requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

You should have recent experience in the following technologies:

• Microsoft 365 including Tenancy Administration, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra AD, Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online
• Excellent Communications and Documentation Skills
• 3+ years Windows Server Administration Experience
• 5+ years Desktop Support Experience
• Mid-level seniority with demonstrated technical expertise and client-facing experience
• Australian work rights are required for this position
• Relevant Microsoft certifications must be obtained within 6 months of commencement

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Experience in the following technologies will count favourably to a successful application:

• Microsoft 365 Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Endpoint Manager, Office 365 Security & Compliance
• Routing, Switching, Firewalls and Security Technologies (UniFi, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
• Windows Server Hyper-V

The ideal candidate will be well organised, agile, possess time management skills and have exceptional communication skills. They should feel comfortable interacting extensively with our clients and with our management team and be able to work across our Service Desk, Onsite and Project Teams.

When it comes to training Deployus provides its staff with monthly technical training sessions within business hours. We also offer up to 5 paid study days per year for formal certifications, we supply course materials and cover the cost of exams.

The Package:

Salary up to $90,000 per annum + Superannuation is on offer to the right candidate depending on experience, industry certifications and skillset.
