Job summary

Austcorp Executive Recruitment PTY Ltd is seeking a Service Desk Coordinator for a Melbourne-based role near Tullamarine Airport. You will be at the center of the operation, coordinating between clients, technicians, engineers, suppliers and MSPs.

The role focuses on managing tickets, delivering Level 1 support, and ensuring SLA-aligned service delivery. You will work 5 days on-site with parking provided, and there is clear potential for progression into Service Delivery or Technical Operations

Qualifications

• IT Support, Service Desk, service coordination or similar experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, organisation and communication skills.
• Experience with ticketing/service management systems — Jira preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Someone who wants to build a career beyond traditional IT support.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Desk tickets from logging through to resolution.
• Provide Level 1 technical support and escalated complex issues.
• Coordinate technicians, suppliers and external service providers.
• Assist with preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain service records, procedures and documentation.

The Role

Reporting to the Service & Systems Manager, you'll be at the centre of the operation, coordinating between clients, technicians, engineers, suppliers and Managed Service Providers.

You’ll:
