Job summary

Bupa Australia is searching for a Senior Service Designer to shape customer experiences across APAC regions. You’ll map end-to-end journeys, build service blueprints and translate insights into practical improvements that align customer needs with business goals.

You’ll lead workshops, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and influence decisions across channels. The role focuses on meaningful, customer-led design within an agile environment and a leading healthcare brand.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience in customer experience, service design, research, strategy or innovation.
• Experience leading complex CX and experience design initiatives, navigating uncertainty to achieve meaningful customer and business outcomes.
• Strong research and synthesis capability, with experience translating customer and business insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to create and test concepts, prototypes or experiments to inform strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Champion the customer across APAC Customer Experience and Design in various forums.
• Lead the design of customer experiences that connect touchpoints across products, services, channels & teams.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver on timelines with complex stakeholder networks.
• Facilitate workshops and co-design activities to build alignment on priorities and decisions.
• Create customer journeys, service blueprints and experience concepts to guide teams.
