Job summary

ITEC Group Australia seeks a Service Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end coordination of services for SIL and community access programs in Darwin. You will oversee rostering, workforce coordination, and after-hours escalations, ensuring safe, compliant, and person-centred service delivery.

The role requires coordination with frontline teams, participants, and representatives to sustain high-quality outcomes and ongoing program growth in a SCHADS Level 5 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum certificate IV or Diploma in Disability, Community Services, or related field.
• Experience managing teams in residential or community settings.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and SCHADS Award requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee participant services across SIL and community programs, ensuring alignment with care plans and funding.
• Coordinate rostering and workforce planning to maintain service continuity and compliance.
• Manage after-hours on-call support and escalations.
• Monitor WHS, incidents, complaints, and risks; support audits and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with participants, families, advocates and multidisciplinary teams.
