Job summary

Kirinari-Community-Services-Ltd in Dubbo is seeking a motivated Service Delivery Manager to lead SIL and High Drop-in Support services across the region. You will oversee staff performance, ensure compliance with behaviour support plans, medical needs and personal care to safeguard clients and staff wellbeing.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness and collaboration with families, allied health, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• NDIS and Q&S knowledge required.
• Ability to develop teams and lead staff.
• Understanding Australian worker's legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SIL Rosters of Care and regional service delivery.
• Ensure staff follow behaviour support plans, IPRP’s, medical requirements and personal care.
• Implement policies from Head Office and maintain NDIS standards.
