Job summary

Kirinari Corporate in Australia is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead regional teams across multiple NSW locations including Orange, Bathurst, Katoomba, and Nambucca Heads. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality day program delivery, staff engagement, and adherence to NDIS requirements.

The candidate will implement Head Office policies, develop rosters of care, and drive service improvements while maintaining safety and compliance across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of NDIS and Q&S.
• Strong leadership and development skills with the ability to develop teams.
• Experience in Human Services/NDIS is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage rosters, documentation and communication with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional day program teams and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure staff engagement with customers and adherence to support plans.
• Develop cost effective rosters and manage service delivery against business plans.
• Coordinate documentation, communication with families, and OT assessments as required.
