Zusammenfassung

Trapeze Group ANZ is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the ONG project from delivery into live operation within NSW’s Opal-enabled bus network.

You will own the service management framework, apply ITIL practices, and partner with TfNSW to ensure SLAs, KPIs, and continual service improvement across project and BAU. Expect rigorous governance reporting and on-site delivery in Sydney.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in service delivery management within government/tech environments.
• Proven ability to manage service delivery across project and BAU phases.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and practical application in complex environments.
• Experience implementing and managing ITSM platforms, preferably Jira Service Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance reporting skills.
• Experience with project-to-operations transition activities.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage the ONG Bus System service management framework from project phase through to go-live and BAU.
• Ensure delivered service meets SLAs, KPIs and contractual requirements; drive improvements.
• Coordinate transition activities, knowledge transfer, and documentation for operations.
• Prepare service performance reports for governance forums and clients.
• Lead continual service improvement and ensure adherence to ITIL standards.
• Support risk, issues, and quality management within the program and contract.
