Job summary

  • Supporting Teams to develop, monitor and review practice that strengthens outcomes for service users, including children
  • Leading collaborative work with external services and agencies, and building strong, strategic stakeholder relationships across the sector

Job Description

The Service Delivery Lead strengthens program stability, practice quality, and operational consistency across the Refuge and Recovery portfolio. The role provides senior-level support, leading proactive practice uplift, supporting onboarding and induction, coordinating cross-program initiatives, and driving internal projects that enhance service delivery, compliance, and practice excellence. The Service Delivery Lead will support teams who work directly with women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence. This includes reinforcing trauma-informed, child-centred, and safety-driven practice, ensuring teams are equipped to respond to complex risk, and maintaining high standards of service delivery through a child rights lens.

  • Providing high-quality induction, supervision and performance management to new and existing staff
  • Supporting Teams to develop, monitor and review practice that strengthens outcomes for service users, including children
  • Leading collaborative work with external services and agencies, and building strong, strategic stakeholder relationships across the sector
  • Driving program development and continuous improvement through data led decision making

Work Environment

In this full time, max term role (12 months till 27th August 2027) you'll work as a part of our Gulf DFV Programs in Mount Isa to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.
