Job summary

54 reasons is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to support the Gulf DFV Programs in Mount Isa. In this full-time, max-term role (12 months to 27 August 2027), you will provide senior supervision, enhance practice quality, and coordinate cross‑program initiatives with a trauma‑informed, child‑centred approach.

You will lead induction, supervise staff, drive data‑driven improvements, manage risks, and strengthen partnerships with external services while upholding child safeguarding and culturally

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or related field, or significant relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team, including professional supervision.
• Experience working with culturally diverse families and communities.
• Proven experience with complex program management and service delivery.
• Strong leadership to motivate a high performing team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality induction, supervision and performance management to new and existing staff.
• Support Teams to develop, monitor and review practice that strengthens outcomes for service users, including children.
• Lead collaborative work with external services and agencies, and build strong, strategic stakeholder relationships across the sector.
• Drive program development and continuous improvement through data led decision making.
• Identify, managing and monitoring risks related to service delivery, practice quality, staff wellbeing and Child Safeguarding.
