Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd in Cairns is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator/Advisor to own a fast-paced, customer-focused service environment. You will coordinate scheduling, quotations, invoicing, and communications to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination or customer support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Familiar with CRM/ERP systems is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships with proactive updates and clear communication to manage expectations.
• Coordinate service scheduling, workflow and job progress with teams to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare accurate quotations and coordinate parts, labour, and invoicing for billing accuracy.
• Maintain accurate service records, AX transactions, and financial data to ensure compliance and timely payment.
• Monitor performance, risk, and compliance; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, supervisors and frontline teams to improve service delivery and drive efficiencies.
