Job summary

MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to strategically roster resources and oversee shifts to ensure continuous service delivery across our Adelaide operations. You will build strong relationships with clients and staff, monitor service levels, and help drive profitability through efficient scheduling and accurate payroll processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering and scheduling with focus on health, safety and quality.
• Ability to interpret Awards and pay rates.
• High computer literacy with rostering software experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team or autonomously.
• Organisational skills to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Full unlimited Australian working rights.
• Willing to cover annual or sick leave on a relieving basis.
• Willing to undergo a National Police check.

Responsibilities

• Rostering and Scheduling Management: oversee rostering of employees for effective coverage and fatigue compliance.
• Client / Employee Liaison and Communication: primary contact for rostering issues and service bookings.
• Service and Quality Assurance: monitor service levels and maintain reports on KPIs.
• Payroll and Financial Management: review payroll reports, process pay adjustments, maintain payroll forms.
