Job summary

MSS Security in Australia seeks a Service Delivery Coordinator (Permanent Part-time Relieving) to manage rostering, scheduling, and client relationships, ensuring quality service and profitability. You will coordinate rosters, communicate with clients and staff, monitor service levels, and assist payroll processes during sick or annual leave coverage.

The role requires strong organisational skills, teamwork, and a willingness to work across shifts. National Police check may be required.

Qualifications

Experience with rostering and scheduling in a health, safety and environment context.
Experience interpreting Awards and pay rates.
Strong computer literacy with rostering software experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team or autonomously.
Demonstrated organisational skills to manage pressure in a busy environment.
Australian working rights (unlimited).
Willing to be available for 24/7 rostering relief.
Willing to undergo a National Police check.

Responsibilities

Rostering and scheduling management to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to fatigue guidelines.
Serve as primary liaison for clients and employees regarding rosters and service bookings.
Monitor service levels, address issues, and maintain KPI-related reports.
Oversee payroll-related tasks by reviewing exception reports and pay adjustments.
