Job summary

Origin Support Services in Cairns, QLD, is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day coordination of disability support services. You will mentor Support Workers, coordinate services, ensure NDIS compliance, and respond to dynamic client needs.

This role blends operational excellence with participant engagement and leadership development, reporting to the QLD State Manager in a growing team.

Qualifications

• NDIS worker screening and Blue Card (Working with Children) are required.
• Cert III/IV in Individual Support or related field preferred.
• Current Queensland driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Familiarity with PRODA and NDIS CRM systems is advantageous.
• Mental Health First Aid or similar qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to our team of Support Workers across the region.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing support of NDIS participants.
• Conduct check-ins and service reviews to align plans with goals.
• Mentor staff to continually improve quality of care.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Assist with rostering, scheduling, and timesheet approvals using CRM.
• Respond to incidents and support the on-call process.
• Promote safety and compliance across all services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and business development.

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a passionate and organised Service Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team! Reporting to the QLD State Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of services across your assigned location(s).

You'll be supporting both our frontline workers and participants—mentoring Support Workers, coordinating services, ensuring NDIS compliance, and responding to the dynamic needs of the people we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to our team of Support Workers across the region

Qualifications & Experience

• NDIS Worker Screening/Yellow Card
• Blue Card (Working with Children)
• Current Queensland driver's licence + reliable transport
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Cert III or IV in Individual Support (or related field)
• Familiarity with PRODA and NDIS CRM systems
• Mental Health First Aid or similar qualifications
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
